We could not have been more impressed with the service from Donna and Hannah from start to finish. Donna is so friendly and helpful in the booking and right the way through the aftercare.

What really makes them a magical team is on the day they compliment each other so well. My expectation was for the day to be slightly stressful with a newborn but you can relax knowing Hannah will calm and position your baby and Donna will tweak and photograph them perfectly. They really make you feel like nothing is too much trouble and 100% listen to your preferences but add experience.

We couldn't recommend them more highly.

Our experience with the newborn baby studio was a 10/10, a very calm and relaxing shoot. The studio is absolutely stunning warm and cozy we felt very welcome and was told to make ourselves at home. Our daughter was struggling with colic at the time and I was worried we wouldn't be able to continue as she was so upset but I was reassured that they will get the beautiful photos no matter how long it takes and we did the photos are exactly what we wanted. Donna and hannah are very welcoming (Donna takes the pics, hannah comforts your baby) hannah was absolutely incredible with my baby she went from being so upset to completely relaxed, she was comforted between shoots and fell straight back to sleep as she was only 2 weeks old. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning in the near future.

We highly recommend using The Newborn Baby Studio for all your first photos, given the current circumstances with Covid & restrictions that were in place in December we arrived and felt completely safe from the moment we got there. The studio is set up brilliant and we were able to watch from the sofa maintaining a safe distance. After a sleepless night it was nice for the girls to be so hands on in soothing Covie back to sleep and helping with feeds and nappy changes during the session. Our prints arrived and the quality is amazing.

I would highly recommend Donna and Hannah. They were absolutely amazing with our little girl.

She was 8 weeks old, a bit old for a newborn session, but they did such an amazing job with her. She was so relaxed during the entire session that Donna managed to capture her smile on many pictures. We had a special theme request which was perfectly achieved by them.

Even in this pandemic period we felt safe in their home studio, they wear masks during the photo session and they use hand sanitiser very often.

I initially made enquiries with Donna whilst I was pregnant but as my baby came earlier than expected, Donna was more than accommodating in being flexible and arranging a date for my daughters photo shoot. I made several enquiries with other studios initially but found the new born baby studio had the best props and was most competitive with their prices. I found the booking process easy and Donna immediately put me at ease (bringing a 7 day old baby to a photo shoot worried me a bit) but I was definitely more relaxed after liaising with Donna. Donna asked me what colours, props and themes I wanted beforehand and had most definitely planned for this for the day itself.
On the morning of the shoot, I was greeted by Donna and Hannah. From the onset, their customer service was amazing. They took full control of the shoot and I was instantly at ease around them, so much so I almost fell asleep on the sofa as I was confident with how they were with my daughter and left them to it!
The turn around time for receiving my photos was great and upon receiving the photos was more than I could imagine! They were all simply beautiful. I immediately purchased them and have since distributed them to family and friends who have all complimented the perfection of the photos taken. I have also recommended the newborn baby studio to my friends! I can honestly say that I had a fantastic experience with the studio from start to finish and I will most definitely be booking them again! Thank you Donna and Hannah!!

We had our newborn photo session done this morning, Donna and Hannah were absolutely fantastic, so patient with my little girl who didn't want to get involved but they were fantastic and managed to get her to have some taken.
